I'm a PhD researcher and competitive NPC Men's Physique athlete who got tired of watching good athletes grind on plans nobody could explain. So I built the alternative: an engineer's approach to physique, where every variable is measured and every adjustment has a reason behind it.

I've competed since 2017 and coach athletes across seven divisions — from first-time bikini competitors to open bodybuilders chasing a pro card. The methodology is systems-based and research-driven, and the toughest calls get a second set of eyes through mentor oversight.
